課程概述 |
藥物治療學VII是為六年制Pharm.D.學生設計的藥物治療學8個modules之一，屬整合性課程，涵蓋病理生理、藥物治療與藥事照護。主題為各種常見化學治療與標靶治療藥物、腫瘤與血液疾病的病理生理、與藥事照護。 |

課程目標 |
上完這些課程後，學生須能了解並盡可能嫻熟：
1.常見化學治療與標靶治療藥物的藥理作用機轉、藥動學特性、使用原則與注意事項、劑量療程設計、療效與副作用監測、與療劑監測等。
2.常見腫瘤與血液疾病的病理生理、藥物治療與藥事照護。 |

教學方式：
演講 加 案例討論
案例討論
1. 於上 課前將所有案例列冊，提供給學生，並針對每個案例學生應學習的重點，
列出學生應討論的問題。
2. 學習大綱將提供每門課的參考書籍章節。
3. 每 5~6位學生為一 小 組 ，上課前 需 先閱讀參考書籍，並討論所有 問題與學
習重點 。
4. 上課時，教師 依照事先公告的方式，由 學生 逐題 報告，其他同學加入討論，
並針對其報告給予評論，協助學生學習。
成績評核：
1. 筆試： 三 次考 試 共 100%（每次小考所佔比例依照課程比例計算）
a. 第一次考 試 範圍： ：# 1-7
b. 第二次考試範圍： ：# 9-10, 12-13, 15-16
c. 第 三 次考試範圍： ：# 17-18, 21-23
2. 小組討論報告成績依照所佔課程比例加入成績計算 |
